Our products are perishable. They are crafted by skilled artisans, our refund policy is as follows:
*Paid pre-orders not picked up will not be refunded. If you re-order, you are responsible for paying for both orders. *If there is a defect in your item, please return it/the portion remaining within 2 days of pick up. If we determine there is a quality deficiency, we will provide you with proportionate refund based upon the amount you returned. We retain the right to discern our product's quality. We are not responsible for any damage to items, once they are in the possession of the customer. Some items are delicate / sensitive to temperature changes and improper handling which could cause spoiling or damage to the item. We will provide proper handling / storage instructions, however we are not responsible for any damage / spoilage the item once customer takes possession of product. *If you sample one of our products and do not care for it, we hope you try something different next time, but a refund will not be given. *Cancellations/changes must be made no less than two (2) days in advance of expected pick up/delivery date. Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with the proper notice. Store credit for this purpose expires within one year of date issued. No cash refunds will be issued. **Proof Bakehouse llc reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
